Put on your head phones, find a cosy peaceful place to settle down and relax for half an hour with this special Chakra Balancing album!.. Feel your life energy flow and enjoy the benefits the more often you listen. The effect will be greater when you listen to all seven songs subsequently.
Each song (and each flute) in this album resonates with one of the 7 main chakras or energy centers. Chakras can become blocked by life events and the way they are processed. But your body has a big self healing capacity. The music in this album is relaxing and the frequencies provided can help your body to unblock and/or balance your chakras so that your life energy can flow again.This happens through a process called “entrainment” (jargon in sound healing terminology meaning “synchronization” of your body with the provided frequencies).
In this album I mainly use Native American style bass flutes and double flutes (drone flutes) because of their extra relaxing vibes. I have composed the backing tracks for these flutes myself with my other instruments, midi keyboard and field recordings of nature sounds.
Since 2017 I have been giving Chakra Balancing Meditation concerts with Native Flutes in yoga studios and I have witnessed the effects. How I love the relaxed smile on people’s faces and the happy glaze in their eyes at the end of the concert. I hope you will feel the same way after listening to this album!

Liesbet Leroy is a Dutch recording artist and composer with great passion for the Native American style flute. She is known for her meditative, relaxing, healing music. She often combines her flute playing with her other world instruments, ambient pads and nature sounds. She especially loves playing bass and drone flutes because of their soothing vibes. Playing the flute from the heart is like meditating to her, as it brings her in the here and now, letting her breath flow freely. Since 2017, Liesbet has been performing on spiritual festivals and in yoga studios, giving chakra balancing meditation concerts and sound baths. She also accompanies yoga classes with the enchanting voice of the Native style flute. Liesbet has won several international awards for her music (on all major streaming services and Bandcamp) and music videos (YouTube).
