The first project of the Institute for Mindful Music & Meditation
(IMMM), “Kimia ya Liboso” which is Lingala for “Peace First”, is
focused on the balance of brain entrainment and
meditative/healing based relaxation. Healing meditation sound
can help relax the mind and body, bringing peace and harmony to
the spirit. By focusing on the soothing sounds of nature, music or
specific frequencies, it is possible to create a healing environment
that promotes physical and emotional well-being. Meditation can
help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve immune
function. Sound can also be used to balance the chakras, which
can help to promote energy flow and alleviate physical and
emotional pain. By incorporating healing meditation sound into a
daily practice, it is possible to achieve a greatersense of calm,
balance, and inner peace.

The Institute for Mindful Music and Meditation (IMMM), founded by C-Aye Purcell of PrazimProductions, is dedicated to
the exploration and practice of mindfulness, music, and meditation. The IMMM studies a wide-range of fields to cultivate
a deeper understanding of the connection between audio, the power of intention and mindfulness, and the healing
potential in meditation…promoting overall well-being. The goal of IMMM is interdisciplinary, drawing from various fields
of psychology, neuroscience, musicology, and Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. The collective is passionate about
sharing their knowledge and skills with anyone searching for the benefits of our passion…the healing benefits and power
of sound.
The IMMM welcomes individuals and groups from all backgrounds and levels of experience, encouraging developing a
unique path of learning and practice, with a focus on personal growth, selfawareness, and compassionate engagement
with the world. The healing properties of music are proven to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and even enhance cognitive
functions…improving mood and promoting relaxation to aid in pain management and boost immune response.
The mission of the IMMM is sharing the transformative power of music and its potential to heal, uplift, and inspire. We
strive to embrace the harmonious gift of music and embark on a journey of well-being and holistic healing.
The IMMM is a unique and innovative collective of believers in the flow of restorative energy that can be used to offer a
transformative experience, fostering deep appreciation for the power of mindfulness, music, and meditation in enhancing
the lives of others.
Message from C-Aye Purcell: “I created the Institute for Mindful Music & Meditation (IMMM) and Kimia ya Liboso as an extension
of my calling as a music maker & minister. I’ve had the privilege of working in music and leading many groups, performing alongside
many of the greats, and seeing firsthand the power of music to transform an atmosphere and help people. I have particularly seen
thisin my music ministry experience. Music and sound are so very foundational in creating an atmosphere in which people feel
encouraged to get closer to God.
I wasspecifically inspired to create Kimia ya Liboso because, while structured worship and meditation, in a group setting, is an
important part of ourshared experience, it is equally important to find peace within yourself, in worship, in mediation, and even
moments ofsimple relaxation. I had a desire to create an audio tool to aid in meditation and relaxation, to help people find stillness
& peace, and I hope my church and minority communities especially find this project helpful in doing so.”
